Use the Summer to Market Your Home

The summer months are meant to be enjoyed outdoors with pool parties and barbeques. Accentuate the features that buyers will be looking for during the summer months.

- Ensure the pool is properly maintained and heated

- Keep your lawn green, weed free and freshly cut

- Set up patio furniture in the back yard

- Make sure the umbrella is open

- Set refreshments out on the backyard table so they spend more time falling in love with the yard

- Plant flowers around the yard

- Trim the hedges

- Remove any dead plants or access brush

- Tidy up the children’s toys

- Dress up entrance area with plants

When a buyer can envision themselves living in your home you create an emotional attachment that will increase your chances of a successful sale.
