1. Go to our Home Page.
2. Type in the phone number of the house that you wish to make an offer on in the search box and click search.
3. Click on the home that you wish to purchase.
4. Once you are at the Property Listing click on the “Create Offer” link located in the solid blue bar where the home address is located. 
5. You will be taken to the Purchase Offer screen.
6. The Onsale Homes Buyer Pre-Agreement form only costs $7.99 and will allow you to make an offer.
7. After purchasing the package simply fill out the Buyer Pre-Agreement form and it will be sent directly to the Seller for review.

Nothing is Binding Until Your Lawyer Approves
